QUESTION:

Must I, as a hearing examiner of the Lee County School Board, list on CE Form 2, the Quarterly Statement of Disclosure of Clients Represented Before Agencies, the names of clients represented by members of my private law firm before agencies of Lee County in cases involving zoning matters, vacation of plat, tax assessments, and other similar matters?

This question is answered in the affirmative.
